Checked out a new Staples this weekend. Honestly, this company has their USP down. "Easy". Have you ever been to one of the office supply big houses and tried to find , let's say, envelopes? I've spent a long time looking myself and a longer time looking for something to help me.

Staples' hook is this: You walk in the store, there are HUMONGOUS signs on the end of every aisle, telling you what is down that aisle. From the front of the store, I could see where everything was. I found printer ink in 10 seconds (OK, my wife did, but that's just because I was looking in the other direction).

Got my ink, paid, was out in under 5 minutes.

Easy indeed.
